Sangeeta brings invaluable leadership experience in the software engineering field and over five years of staffing and executive recruiting experience to PromptHire. As a founding Product Manager, she was instrumental in executing the Rational Software's Benchmark funded spin-off, Catapulse Inc. As Catapulse's Director of Internet Operations, she gained experience in building effective new teams from scratch and identifying CxO talent in a start-up environment.
